How do I order?

Frequently Asked Questions

The processing time of your order will depend on the chosen payment option. For Cash on Delivery (Metro Manila only) orders, it will take 6-10 business days (10-13 for provincial addresses). For Non-CoD orders on the other hand, it will take 6-10 business days (10-13 for provincial addresses). Items ordered are only produced once your payment has been validated (for Non-COD) or your order has been confirmed (for COD). Processing time for orders begins once validation or confirmation is accomplished.

Please take note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Our shipping partners for Non-COD orders are Xend and 2GO while our COD orders are handled by our in-house riders.


Shipping fees are added on top of your order's total price and are automatically computed upon checkout.

Our current shipping rate is P99 for both Metro Manila and Provincial orders.


To update you regarding the status of your order, we send SMS updates once your order is ready for shipping, and when it is shipped out. For Cash on delivery orders, our riders will get in touch with you on the day of the delivery.

For Non-COD orders your tracking number will be sent on the 6th business day after the payment of your order has been validated.

You may pay for your order through either Cash on Delivery (Metro Manily only), or Non-Cash on Delivery. Dragonpay (Over-the-counter, bank deposit, online banking, credit card), and PayPal.

For COD orders, you will have to confirm your order via the email link we will send. Doing so will start the processing of your order.

Non-COD orders are done via Dragonpay. You may find the list of banks and other payment centers that it supports, below:

Kindly send us an e-mail with your order number and the types of changes you would like to make right away. We cannot guarantee that we can stop the order in time to make the adjustments, but we will do our best to accommodate you.


We hope you understand that your items are only produced once your payment is validated. We can only send you new products for the reasons listed below:

  1. Wrong size delivered
  2. Wrong item delivered
  3. Damaged shirt/Damaged print

If you have encountered any of these please fill up this form.

For orders within Metro Manila, our partner courier will pick up your item at your provided shipping address. For orders outside Metro Manila, please have it shipped to Shirt.ly’s warehouse through the shipping courier of your choice. We will refund your shipping fee. Submit the Item Exchange request form attached above and we will reply with further details.

Upon receiving the item from you, we will immediately process your new item. Please expect it within 6-10 business days (10-13 for provincial addresses).


Screen Printing and Vinyl Printing are proven and tested methods of printing designs on shirts. For customers’ daily orders on all stores, we use Vinyl Printing as it does not require any minimum order quantity. For bulk orders, we use silk screen.
